The Moneá Academy was born from Karlie’s journey as a homeschooling mom who believes deeply in the power of parent-led learning. What began as a simple book to guide Pre-K through 12th grade families has grown into a full support system—helping families navigate the challenges of homeschooling with confidence and ease. By 2025, Karlie had directly impacted 27 families, guiding them through smooth transitions from traditional public and private schools to homeschooling, while helping them create organized, stress-free learning environments.

As an Early Childhood Administrator, author, artist, educator, and mom, Karlie brings a wealth of experience and creativity to her work. She is passionate about equipping parents with the tools and inspiration they need to help their children thrive, academically and creatively. “As a mom, I’m committed to giving my children the same enriching educational opportunities that have meant so much to me.” – Karlie E.

Karlie has two wonderful kids who bring endless joy to her life, and when she’s not homeschooling or supporting other families, you’ll find her reading, creating, or tending her urban garden.
